About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York with over a decade of clinical experience. I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment free space where you can feel safe and understood. I work with adults of all ages experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. I provide hands-on and collaborative care to help clients navigate the challenges they are facing, reduce stress, and improve their self awareness and overall well-being. I am passionate about providing individualized care tailored to a client’s unique needs while drawing from a variety of evidence based approaches. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research and my BA in Psychology from Barnard College. Over the course of my training and career, I’ve worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and with many different concerns, across inpatient and outpatient treatment, private practice, and community mental health settings. My clinical training and experience has included work at the Center for Motivation and Change, NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and North Central Bronx Hospital. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply feel that something in your life isn’t working the way you’d like, I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can make sense of what’s happening and work toward meaningful change together.
